Hey Alejandro, we have replied to each email from you & also opened a case to follow up with Australia Post regarding your order which has been stuck in customs for the last month for some reason (which is abnormal), While we understand this can be frustrating it is also outside of our control. Australia Post informed us that you would need to contact Chile customs: Email: comunicaciones@aduana.cl or Phone: +56 32 221 1948 to which we sent you this information.
I would strongly recommend giving them a call if you are not receiving responses to your emails from them, as we are unable to contact them on your behalf. As Australia Post said > Foreign customs matters are pursuant to laws and regulations between the addressee and their government. Australia Post is unable to contact the addressee or contact a foreign customs service to secure or expedite clearance.
