Pre-Orders information as shown on the product page.
When you purchase a Pre-Order, you are buying an Out-Of-Stock / Soon-To-Be-Available product not yet in our inventory. We may collect a partial payment / deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfil and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.
ETA dates (Estimated Times of Arrives) are subject to change, these are not guaranteed release dates. ETA's are provided to us by our distributors. Delays can occur. Titan Pop Culture will fulfil your order as soon as the item becomes available with our Australian Distributors.
ETA's are when it's expected that our distributors will receive their stock at their warehouses. Allow additional time for us to receive the products before shipping them to you.
> Every effort is made to keep the ETA dates displayed on our website up to date.
> Some products may be delayed significantly, this is outside of our control. We will update information on the product page as it becomes available. Store credit is offered should you no longer wish to wait on your Pre-Order.
> If an ETA date has past & the product is still shown as a Pre-Order than the distributor has not received the product on it's ETA. Once we have an update or the product comes off Pre-Order the product page will be updated.
> Contact us if you require an update on your order. You can also track the fulfilment of your order as products arrive at our store by clicking the link in your confirmation email or by signing in/up on our website & clicking on "The Order Number" within the order you'd like to track.
By placing an order for a Pre-Order product you are agreeing to our refund & shipping policies.

Partial Payments / Deposits Policy
Some Pre-Orders in our store may be offered to you as a Partial Payment / Deposit.
Partial Payments
When you choose to partially pay for a Pre-Order you are agreeing to pay the outstanding amount on or before the release of the product (Check the ETA). Should the item be released before the ETA the outstanding amount will be charged to your payment method provided at checkout before the ETA.
> Partial Payments / Deposits are not refundable for cash, should you change your mind your deposit will be refunded as a store credit for use on a future order. Change of mind is only applicable before the item is invoiced to us by the distributor, after this the item can not be cancelled.
> If the item is cancelled by the distributor your deposit will be refunded in full to your original payment method.
> Partial Payments are 20% of the full cost of the product & can only be paid via either Shopify Payments or PayPal. Once the initial deposit is paid you are able to go into the order in your account & pay via a different payment method for the remaining balance before the final payment is charged by us.
> We will charge your payment method for the final payment when we are invoiced for the Pre-Ordered product. Should the charge fail we will email you, we ask that you reply to us to resolve the issue & if we don't hear from you within 14 days or payment is not made on the order then the deposit will be forfeit & the order cancelled.
We will generally charge you for the final payment around the ETA date shown unless the product becomes delayed in which case we will charge the final payment once the item is invoiced to us by our distributor.
> If you change your mind after we have been invoiced for your Pre-Order we will unfortunately not be able to cancel the order as per our refund policy, as often products are ordered specially the customer.
