We offer both domestic & international shipping via Australia Post, please refer to the Australia Post Guide for a full list of destinations & average time frames.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We use Australia Post for all shipments. Your order will be trackable & will require a signature when being delivered.

Your order will be dispatched as fast as possible once all products are made available at our location. There will be delays on weekends & public holiday.

> Depending on your location within Australia, shipping may take up to 10 working days to reach you. We offer both standard & express eParcel services.

> Should an issue occur with your parcel please get in contact with us, we will contact Australia Post on your behalf to achieve a resolution. We send all of our products in boxes with plenty of protection. We use a mix of bubble wrap, newspaper & other protective fillings. We also include a Free Pop Protector with every 4" (standard) Pop! Vinyl.

> Free/Discounted Shipping is available when spending $100+

  • Spend $100+ upto $10 is discounted from eParcel standard.
        - Chase Bundles/Cases + Grails, Rares & Vaulted Excluded.
  • Spend $150+ upto $20 is discounted from eParcel standard.
  • Spend $300+ upto $40 is discounted from eParcel standard.

    Discounted Express shipping when spending $150+
    When selecting eParcel Express the rate will be discounted by 50%, please note if ordering Pre-Orders or Back-Orders you will still have to wait for us to receive stock before we can express the item/s out to you.

Note that rates are based on location & weight. The website can only calculate rates 20kgs and below, if you are ordering heavy items you will need to place separate orders or select pickup if you are in Perth.

Shipping discounts automatically apply at checkout if the requirements are met. The discount codes applied can be used in conjunction with most other discount codes.

> Orders will be shipped once completed in full as per the rates at checkout, if you have a mix of Pre-Orders, Back-Orders &/or In-Stock products you may want to place separate orders. If you would like your order part shipped we can do this at an additional cost, please contact us to organize.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    We use Australia Post for all International Shipping. Your order will be trackable & depending on the service you select at checkout may also require a signature.

    > Depending on your location in the world, products may take up to 30 business days to reach their final destination. Delivery times will be longer if you have either Pre-Orders or Back-Orders in your order, these items first need to arrive at our store before your order can be shipped to you.

    > Titan Pop Culture will help you if there is an issue with the delivery of your order by contacting Australia Post on your behalf. If the issue is caused by Australia Post or their partners we will work to get your order credited & re-shipped to you as fast as possible.

    > We send all of our products in boxes with plenty of protection. We use a mix of bubble wrap, newspaper & other protective fillings. We also include a Free Pop Protector with every 4" (standard) Pop! Vinyl.

    > Some products have Restricted Shipping [RS] due to distribution licencing. Ordering a product to a Restricted Zone will result in the restricted product being cancelled from your order. Details on the restrictions are found on the product page, most the time [RS] refers to the USA & Canada. 

    > Shipping rates are based on your location & the weight of the items. These rates are provided at checkout by Australia Post.

    > Titan Pop Culture reserves the right to ship multiple orders together if multiple orders are ready to be shipped, if you wish for products to only be shipped as per the orders you have placed please let us know in the cart notes or by contacting us.

    > Titan Pop Culture is not responsible for any Duties, Custom Charges, Vat, Tariffs or any other import charges that you may be charged when importing products to your region. We strongly suggest checking with your local customs office prior to placing an international order if you are unfamiliar with your local customs fees & charges. International orders will have an invoice enclosed with the amount you have paid.

    > Due to changes in the USA starting the 29th of August 2025 orders to the USA will be charged duties at checkout, these duties (tariffs) are subject to change. If a duty increases substantially prior to shipping we will reach out for payment.

    > If for some reason your order is returned to us as you have not collected the order from a local post office when notified we will be able to reship the order to you however the return shipping cost to Australia & the return shipping cost to your location will need to be paid. You have 30 days to contact us upon the order being returned to us. Refunds are not provided for orders we have completed.

      ITEM AVAILABILITY 

      > From time to time stock may become unavailable with our distributors in which case your order will either be modified or we will refund you for the unavailable item in full. We try our hardest to make sure that the stock shown our website has the correct availability.

      > During peak periods such as Christmas & New Years an added delay of up to 2 weeks may occur for any Pre-Orders &/or Back-Orders ordered during this time as many of our distributors have a well deserved period of time off.

      Please note Hold is no longer available.

      > HOLD – Your order will be Held. Shipped either when you reach Free Shipping requirements or pay to have the order shipped.

      This option is for customers that wish to place smaller orders for when we add new products to the website without having to contact us to add to an existing order. Keep placing orders, when all your orders are complete & you have orver $150 worth of stock available to ship, we will ship your order out Free of Charge as long as it meets our Free Shipping requirements 

      Orders will not be shipped until a shipping charge has been paid or Free Shipping is reached. If you wish for us to ship your orders out before you have paid a shipping charge or reached Free Shipping, we will invoice you for shipping before doing so. Products that have been received at our store when choosing Hold at checkout will not be cancelled & cannot be swapped for other products.

      > Please note that we cannot hold items indefinitely for you. If you do not place another order within a 60-day period of your last order, we may contact you to pay the cost of shipping the products to you. If you do not wish to place another order or pay for shipping then the item will be forfeited. Titan Pop Culture will not refund orders when the customer chooses not to pay for shipping when contacted.
