We have moved to an online format. You’ll still see us at events like the Nexus Toy Fair & others however we just won’t have a physical store location to visit.
We do however have a collection point (Residential Address) available at checkout to choose for collecting orders in Doubleview Western Australia.

We suggest checking the product page for an update, which can be done by clicking the products name in your order in your account. If your enquiry is about a delayed product, we will place the latest ETA date on the product as soon as we have one. If there is stock incoming it will now display on the product page as soon as we have a purchase order from the distributor of said product.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRE-ORDERS?
Usually we receive Pre-Orders within 14-21 days of the ETA if the item is running on time however ETA's can change.
If you have a single Pre-Order the item will ship out as soon as we have received the item from our distributor.
If you have an order with a bunch of Pre-Orders all arriving at different times then you will receive your order once the last Pre-Order has arrived.
ETA DATE HAS PASSED
Sometimes items do not arrive with our distributors when they are expected, not to worry. We have your order & when the item does arrive your order will be promptly shipped out.
ETA Dates: Are when it's expected that our distributors will receive the stock at their warehouses, allow additional time for us to receive the products before shipping them to you.

If you've chosen Hold at checkout & you'd like to instead pay for shipping as you've not met the free shipping requirements, no problem.

DO YOU BUY FROM THE PUBLIC?
At this stage Titan Pop Culture does not buy any collectables from the public. We may however from time to time resell collectables on behalf of customers whom reside in Perth. These items will clearly be marked as Resales.
All of our products are purchased from Authorized Australian Distributors unless otherwise stated on the product.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER
As per the policies agreed to at checkout all sales are classed as final however we understand sometimes items may be delayed or take longer than expect to arrive. This is why we do allow for items to be cancelled or exchanged in orders before they are shipped to us from our distributors. Please note all order cancellations are processed back as a store credit for the full amount.
