How Do I Earn Points?
For every $1 AUD spent you will earn 5 points. Certain products are excluded from earning points, this includes Chase Bundles & Cases, Gift Cards & products that we sell on behalf of customers.
Products that do not earn points will not display a points earning badge on the product page.
There are also other ways to earn points as shown at the top of this page.
How Do I Redeem Points?
Make sure you are logged into your account, then head over to our rewards program to make your selection.
Do Reward Points Expire?
If you don't place an order on our website in an 8 month period then your points will expire, we will email you before they do.
Simply place another order on our website & your point expiry date will be extended another 8 months.
As long as you continue shopping with us your points realistically will never expire.
How Long Do I Have To Use My Redemption?
Each discount code that the rewards program creates has a 90 day expiry, if you don't use the reward within this time it will unfortunately not be able to be used in the future.
Note discount codes can only be used under the account that created the code.
Can I Change My Redemption?
All redemptions are final, please choose carefully as we can not undo redemptions.

Yes, our offers are subject to change at anytime. We love to improve our offering and add new rewards to choose from!
