Known as the "ball hawk" and a master of studying film, Reed was a pivotal member of the Ravens' defense, earning the 2004 NFL Defensive Player of the Year Award and winning Super Bowl XLVII with the team. He is considered one of the greatest safeties in NFL history, setting multiple records, including for interception return yards and holding the Ravens franchise record for interceptions.
