Sitting at 9 inches tall, with a thin frown and evil-scheming eyes staring through the opening at the front of the shiny helmet wrapping around his head, a red-and-orange dot marks the forehead as its open top reveals his bright yellow hair. With silver gloves and boots matching his reflective mask, he wears a long green cloak tied at the neck and hanging down his back over a light blue shirt, which has a grey chain on the chest.
This plush is packed to the seams with 100% PP cotton and is made of minky and metallic fabric materials with accents of felt, absolutely perfect for cuddling or taking over your town with!
