The cheery Popples were created by Those Characters From Cleveland and have since become part of the Hasbro family. Popples resemble brightly colored marsupial teddy bears with long tails ending in a pom-pom. Each Popple character transforms to resemble a brightly colored ball.
Covered in soft cuddly plush, P.C. Popple takes shape on the front of the wallet with colorful face and hair details. Plush details continue on the back, and the inside includes four slots for holding cards with a clear slot to hold ID.
