Snoopy's applique arms cover a belt that snaps around a removable and reversible coin bag, so you can switch up your look. In one view, Snoopy hugs cuddly, feathered Beagle Scouts, and on the other side, there's a brown sash with prints of badges. The adjustable strap also carries a motif of Beagle Scouts badges.
