His Quirk, One For All, has been passed on him and nurtured, and he is also able to pass it on himself, later passing it on to Deku.
All for One once was Japan's most powerful villain and All Might's arch-nemesis, his true motives are unclear, and his true identity is unknown. His current goal is to raise Tomura Shigaraki to become his eventual successor.
