In the Loki series, immediately after seizing the Tesseract, Loki is arrested by the Time Variance Authority for creating a branched timeline and is taken into their headquarters. There, he meets Miss Minutes—artificial intelligence created by He Who Remains to observe and provide aid to the TVA. As the TVA's animated mascot, she spread the organization's propaganda to its workers and Variants while also serving as the liaison between He Who Remains and the TVA's Judge Ravonna Renslayer.
The front of this accessory takes the form of a retro television screen, where an infographic describes the danger of straying from the Sacred Timeline. As a cartoon illustration creates a nexus event, the words "DANGER: MULTIVERSE" appear above. The back of the wallet features the TVA’s cheery animated mascot, Miss Minutes, displayed against an orange background. Her name appears above the words; "For all time. Always."
