Kikoru Shinomiya is a prodigious young member of the Japan Defense Force and the daughter of its Director General, Isao Shinomiya. She is a talented and elite warrior, having graduated from a foreign neutralization university at a young age and possessing combat abilities that already rival a platoon leader before joining the force. She was formerly part of the Third Division but was moved to the First Division after the destruction of Tachikawa Base, where she was trained by Gen Narumi.
