Kaiju No. 8 is the transformed state of Kafka Hibino, a human who gains the power to shapeshift into a powerful kaiju after being infected by a small, parasitic kaiju. In this form, he is a black, skull-like creature with green spikes and glowing features, but can also develop more grotesque features like tentacles. His abilities include immense physical strength, super-powered jumps, and shapeshifting, though he initially struggles with control over this power.
