In life, he was an infamous serial killer, stage performer, and well-known radio host from New Orleans, Louisiana who lived in the early 20th century before he was killed in a dog-related hunting accident in 1933. Before his death and murder spree, Alastor ascended to full demonhood, shedding his mortal limitations and walking among the living after making a blood deal with a force of omnimalevolence from beyond the mortal world.
