Buddy the Elf comes to life in applique detail, his elf hat rising up over the top of the backpack. Velvet-like texturing adds a soft touch to the green brim and side pockets. On the front pocket, Buddy's arms wrap around to hold a mechanical drawing toy that spells out, "Santa! I know him!" Through lenticular details, in an alternate view, the writing says, "Does somebody need a hug?" Faux fur trim on Buddy's sleeves adds a warm touch.
