Doctor Who - 1st Doctor's TARDIS 1/21 Scale Prop Replica
The TARDIS made its debut in the first Doctor Who story ‘An Unearthly Child’.
Designed by Peter Brachacki, the TARDIS was a little shorter and narrower than the real thing and didn’t have any door handles. The first version gained a new lamp in the second season but remained otherwise unchanged until the Fourth Season.
