When the fate of his home planet of Krypton became endangered, his birth parents sent him to Earth where he was raised by the Kent family. As he grew, his Kryptonian abilties began to flourish, giving him superhuman abilities and leading the to birth of Superman. When he is not fighting crime, Clark Kent works as a mild-mannered reporter for the Daily Planet in the city of Metropolis.
