Well now it seems Simon Bar Sinister has given up on Sweet Polly Purebred and is now looking to wreak havoc on your Pop! Vinyls instead.
Simon Bar Sinister is a mad scientist and the wickedest man in the world, who dreams to one day rule the world, however each time Underdog makes sure that doesn't happen.
