ETA Dates: Are when it's expected that our distributors will receive the stock at their warehouses. Allow additional time for us to receive the products before shipping them to you.
Every effort is made to keep the ETA dates displayed on this website up to date.
Some products are experiencing delayed ETA dates due to ongoing global supply issues that our distributors are facing caused by covid-19, these delays are outside Titan Pop Cultures control.

Note: Tracking is generated before items are received at the store. We allocate & prepare tracking a few days before items arrive so that we can pack your orders faster! You will receive an email from Auspost once the order has left Titan Pop Culture.
When Am I Charged?
Titan Pop Culture will put an Authorization for the amount of your order onto the payment method used upon the order being placed.
> We will only take payment once we have confirmed that the items you have ordered are available for us to order or are in stock. If for some reason an item is no longer available or has fallen out of stock your order will be adjusted before payment is taken. We will contact you if there is any issues with your order.
Refunds & Returns
If you receive a product that does not met your standards please notify us within 14 days of receiving the item unfortunately after this time frame we may not offer you a refund or exchange. Photos of the parcel & product/s will need to be provided to email@example.com
Titan Pop Culture does not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items whilst in transit. We send all of our Pop! Vinyl's in boxes with plenty of bubble wrap/filling for protection. We include a Free Pop Protector with every 4 inch Pop Vinyl purchased with us, unless marked as a "Less Than Perfect" product.
> "If" we run out of Pop Protectors we will continue to ship orders without our free protectors to insure customers are not waiting prolong periods of time for their orders. We will not ship these out free of charge once stock is received, these are an added measure to protect during shipping. We will display on our website if we are out of stock to avoid disappointment.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, are sanitary goods, are hazardous & are gift cards.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase & the item/s.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
> Item/s are not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
> Items that you have decided to cancel incur a 10% cancellation fee, this fee will come out of your refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, refunds can take up to 14 days depending on your payment method. IF we are unable to issue a refund via the original payment method Titan Pop Culture will opt to issue you a Titan Pop Culture Gift Card to use on a future purchase. (This is a digital only voucher).
Cancellations & Changes to your order >
All refunds and cancellations are handled at the discretion of Titan Pop Culture.
If you'd like to cancel your order, we can assist in providing you with a refund or by exchanging an item in your order as long as the order is not on it's way to our store. Once we have been invoiced for the items in your order we will not allow order cancellations.
> If part of your order has been invoiced or has arrived at our store, than these items will not be cancelled. We can help by exchanging the other items in your order to meet free shipping requirements or take the cost of shipping from your refund.
> Bulk orders of the same item will not be cancelled.
> ETAs (Estimated Time of Arrivals) are exactly that – estimated. Delays do occur which are outside of our control. ETA's are subject to change without notice. Full refunds will not be issued if an item does not arrive on it's estimated availability.
> If the item is cancelled by the distributor a full refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
> All refunds are subject to a 10% cancellation fee. This fee aims to cover the fee from processing the order that you placed on our website such as transactional fee’s that are not returned to Titan Pop Culture when we issue your refund.
> Your refund will be processed back onto your initial payment method, such as PayPal or Afterpay. If you're unhappy with this, we recommend contacting your bank/ payment provider & advising them to redirect your funds once your refund has been processed on our end. If the refunded amount is unable to be processed on our end either due to the age of your order or system constraints that Shopify impose, we will refund your order via a Titan Pop Culture Gift Card which can be used on a future order (Not redeemable for cash).
> If we need to edit your order, please note this will not qualify for a refund back to the original payment method due to limitations imposed by Shopify as such we will refund any amounts owed via a Titan Pop Culture Gift Card which can be used on a future order (Not redeemable for cash).
Orders may only be edited within a 30 day period due to a Shopify limitation after this time a new order will need to be placed for any additional items that you may wish to order. You will need to send us through an email or give us a call during trading hours to make a change.
> Bare in mind we will be unable to combined shipping costs with pre-existing orders though if you are in a Metro Australian area you will be eligible for Free Shipping when spending over $100.
> If your order has already shipped from our store or is awaiting collection with Australia Post, the order will not be cancelled. Any refunds on orders that have already been shipped to you must be returned to us at your cost within 30 days when agreed. Products must still be in their original packaging and in the same condition you received the item in, our shipping costs if free shipping was offered will also come out of any refund. Returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.

If you have ordered a TBA product (To Be Announced) we will be unable to provide you with an ETA till the distributor has provided us with one. We update our websites ETA's as soon as we have the information. TBA items won't be cancelled by us unless the distributor has cancelled the item. We suggest placing a 2ed order if ordering in stock items as a TBA item can hold up your order significantly. TBA items can take anywhere from several weeks to several months before being given an updated ETA date which can be several months in the future.
Please note we are no longer offering TBA products on our website, orders already placed will still be fulfilled under the above information provided.
Click & Collect - Uncollected Items
By placing a click & collect order on our website you are agreeing that once all the items in your order have been fulfilled by us that you will collect your order within a reasonable time frame. Titan Pop Culture asks that you collect your items within 30 days & if you fail to do so agree that Titan Pop Culture may place the items back out for sale. No refunds will be issued if you fail to collect the items within the time frame provided.
Chase Product Information (1/6)
Products that have (with chase) in the title have a 1 in 6 chance of being a chase version of the product according to the supplier. We can not guarantee you will receive a chase product unless we have otherwise specified. Refunds will not be issued if you order a With Chase Product & do not receive a chase variant.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Can't find your refund on your statement? Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
> Depending on how fast we process your refund it will either show as a refund or remove the original pending charge from your statement.
> If your order is cancelled before we have taken payment in the Authorization stage, the pending charge on your payment method will be removed, this will not show as a refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Sales Based Events Refunds/Exchanges:
A Sales Based Event is an event that is pre-organised by Titan Pop Culture or the brands we offer. During these periods Titan Pop Culture will not allow refunds or exchanges based on a Change of Mind basis or in order to get the product you have ordered outside a sale period cheaper. All orders placed before or after sales periods are final and will not be discounted.
Titan Rewards - Discount Codes
Discounts offered by our rewards program are not valid with any other promotion that we may have running. These discount codes will not work at checkout when an automated discount is applied to any items in your order. Each discount code is valid for 12 months, points expire after 12 months if not used.
Gift Card Refunds & Returns
If the item was purchased with a gift card you'll receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be emailed to you.
> We take pride in ensuring that your goods have been carefully picked are packed with care. We recognise the importance of buying mint condition collectables and do the best we possibly can to ensure they remain that way from door to door that's why we include Free Pop Protectors.
> Rarely items do become damaged in transit or there is some form of manufacturing defect thereby making the goods unfit for their intended purpose. If this is the case with your item please contact Titan Pop Culture immediately via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
> Customers who have purchased from Titan Pop Culture should note that all returns/exchange enquiries must be received by Titan Pop Culture within 7 days of you receiving your goods at your nominated delivery address.
> Upon receiving notification of damage or a manufacturing defect, we will request photographic evidence of the parcel and/or the the particular product that has the issue. We will review this photo and contact you at our earliest convenience to discuss your options in relation to the product issue.

Shipping Return Address

> You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning any item to the store, including items but not limited to items damaged in transit. We will never ship damaged products to you & can't be held responsible for items once they have left the store, high value items are insured by Australia Post.
> Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless you have paid for your own return shipping. Products can always be returned to the store in person to avoid extra shipping charges.
> We may have to re-order an item that we are replacing which again can take 10 business days to arrive at the store before being shipped to you. If the item is no longer available or is now a pre-order item you may request a refund instead of a replacement. If you have more items on order with us we may chose to ship your replacement item with your next shipment with us.
> Shipping an item over $75? You should consider using a trackable shipping service. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned items.
Damaged Pop! Vinyl:
Funko Pop! Vinyl’s are a mass produced toy line from various factories across the globe. Funko have their own Quality Control program to ensure the product they are producing meet with their company standards. As a retailer, we look over the products to ensure they are the correct items and to discard any obviously defective items.
As a mass produced toy line, there are variations in the manufacturing process that do occur. This can include but is not limited to, slight creases or scuff marks on packaging, minor paint variations, stickers included or not included on boxes etc. These are all considered "minor variations" in a mass produced product. You should also keep in mind that the packaging of these products are exactly that, a way to get the actual Pop! Vinyl from A to B. They are designed to assist retailers and Funko themselves to promote and sell what is actually inside the box - the collectable toy.
We will not be replacing or refunding products that have "minor variations". The products are still fit for their intended purpose, which is a fun collectable toy to play with or display and there is nothing further we, as a retailer, can do for customers seeking a pristine product.
These products have passed Funko Quality Control and have been deemed fit for retail markets across the globe.

We use Australia Post for all International Shipping. Your order will be trackable & depending on the service you select at checkout may also require a signature.
>We recommend using Australia Post Registered Post (Tracking + Signature on Delivery) for high value orders. Australia post also offers a cheaper option which does not require a signature on delivery, we do not recommend selecting this option if your order is of a high value.
> Depending on your location around the world, items may take up to 30 business days to reach its final destination if in stock. Delivery times may be longer if you order per-orders &/or back-order items.

> Shipping rates are based on your location & the weight of the items. These rates are provided at checkout by Australia Post.
> During a Sales Event there will be NO FREE SHIPPING after an amount spent.
> Domestic & International Shipping will be charged based on our standard rates. Please note these rates may change at anytime.
> Shipping Pricing is Final & is based on the special pricing we get from Australia Post.
> It may, take us up to 7 Business Days to ship your items during these busy times, depending on what you have ordered.

> If items are in-stock in store, they will be available for collection the same day as your order was placed. We will send you an email when it's ready, feel free to give us a call if your in a rush.
> If items are placed on pre-order or back-order, they will be available for pickup the day we receive it in-store. You will be notified when the item is available.
> Click & Collected orders placed on or after the 26/01/22 will come in Free 4 inch Pop Protectors when collected from our store, orders placed prior to this are not eligible.
> Not all items that appear on our store are physically in-stock at our location, but maybe in-stock at through our supplier, we update the website daily to insure availability is current.
> Please email us if you'd like an update on your order or log in to your account to check the status of your order.
> Back Orders are placed to our distributors multiple times a week, therefore it may take up to two weeks for orders to become available in-store and in turn ready for delivery or collection.
> Pre-Order dates are subject to change without notice, please send us an email if your pre-order does not arrive when you believe it should have. We will look into status with our distributor for you. You might find an updated ETA on the product page. As we have over 20,000 products listed we are unable to email updates to everyone when an ETA date changes with one of our distributors.
> Please note from time to time stock may become unavailable with our supplier in which case we will refund you in full. We try our hardest to make sure that the stock shown on this website has the correct availability however due to the huge product offerings on the website occasionally products may be missed.
> Items with an Add to Cart button are in stock in our store or are an allocated Pre-Order if an ETA is displayed, next to availability on the product page it will tell you how many are available, this number is generally correct.
> Items with either Pre-Order or Back-Order are not in stock at Titan Pop Culture & will need to be ordered in for you. Refund Policy for more information.
