Basically ever since I ordered the chase set I've been getting bombarded with new ebay offers for about half the price so there's that. I'm an in-box collector and the chase box did come with some minor damage, also the stickers on the chase are backwards from what they normally are from my old collection, chase on the left, special on the right, for some reason they decided to switch it up for me, so it sticks out like a sore thumb. The worst part is the paintjob, I actually had to get a few people to check if it was real or not based on the horrible paintjob on the cloak and right(from front view) eye as the paint bled to the hollow mask,there was also a scuff mark on the topmost part of the mask, the paint on the cloak was so badly done there were chunks missing from where it was overpainted and obviously smashed against something, the underside of cloak was also smudged as the paint was actually blended from white to red, someone really needs to go back and learn how to colour in the lines.
From a distance and sideview it obviously doesn't look horrible if you just glance but if this were a close-viewed out of box pop I'd be extremely pissed, as opposed to just slightly.
Thanks for providing the service but if I want a chase from now on I'll just pay the premium on ebay. (Not that this was cheaper)
Maybe I'm being too cynical but $120 for 2 pops, I expected better.

It's always best to shop around if you don't think the price is fair before placing your order, we have a pretty standard price in line with most other retailers selling Chase Bundles. We do state on the product pages what is included for the price.
For us to do a Chase Bundle it's not cheap as we have to purchase 6 units to get one Chase. We in fact make very little from them but there are people who specifically want the Chase which is why we have provided this option for the last several years. The RRP/cost of Pop! Vinyls has risen over the last couple of years, our pricing for chase bundles has had to increase with the times. In terms of purchasing off ebay, I had a quick look & could not find what you purchased significantly cheaper after you factor in shipping (most were international). We do offer free shipping on orders over $150 & also have a generous rewards program something you won't find on ebay plus we offer Free Pop Protectors. We have also just started doing Chase Cases which offer you all 6 units so you can try & sell the additional commons yourself to make back some of the $$$ spent however not on this product just yet.
We purchase all our Funko stock directly from Ikon Collectables which is the only distributor for Funko in Australia & New Zealand. We don't sell fakes, sellers on ebay however have been known to. Funko has their own quality control process which these unit have passed, we are disappointed that the item hasn't lived up to your expectations of what Funko should be dishing out.

In terms of the box, we check over everything as it arrives before placing standard Pop! Vinyls in our Free Pop Protectors, if anything which we believe would cause an issue is present we will seek a solution with the distributor before sending the item to the customer. Nothing was noted on these items.
Please note Pop! Vinyl is a mass-produced collectable, there isn’t anybody sitting down painting between the lines! Stickers are applied to products before they are received & may differ over time.
